Contractors and temporary staff are often overlooked during the initiation stage. This can lead to a lack of cultural understanding on day1 as well as the occurrence of unnecessary health and safety accidents.

initiafy is an online software tool that since 2012 has given companies the ability to register and train new contractors and temporary workers before they start work.

The platform reduces the resources spent onboarding new staff, allowing companies the flexibility to update training regularly and monitor the flow of workers through their facilities, sites or projects.

initiafy turns traditional, tedious classroom training into self-paced sessions on users’ computers or smartphones: from initial health and safety training, to document submission, to successful cultural integration of new hires.

Our end-users range from miners in Sierra Leone learning about Ebola awareness to Royal Ascot bartenders, using initiafy to learn how to make the perfect Pimm’s.

Mandatory Document Upload

Our document upload feature means that you can check certificates, ID cards and even photographs before your new-starters arrive.

Auto-Reader

Users can now listen to any text within their training as well as reading it. This offers a solution for illiterate users but also offers greater interactivity and retention rates
