Once your employees effectively finish their training and answer all the quiz questions correctly, they will be asked to share their success on Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Although your employees will be allocated a generic message that notifies people of their success and tags GoContractor’s Twitter hashtag, there is a lot of potential to use this mechanism for the enhancement of your employer branding.

The new social media tool will allow you to give your employees the option of tagging you directly in any outgoing messages.
